Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Send-In Repair website at https://SendInRepair.com (the "Site") or any related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Send-In Repair ("Send-In Repair," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Send-In Repair is an online marketplace that connects device owners ("Customers") with independent third-party electronics repair professionals ("Repair Providers"). We facilitate the connection between Customers and Repair Providers but are not ourselves a repair service. We do not perform repairs, take physical possession of devices, or guarantee the quality or outcome of any repair performed by a Repair Provider.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Some features of the Services may require you to provide contact information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your submissions or under your contact details. Notify us immediately at contact@sendinrepair.com if you believe your information has been used without authorization.
When you submit a repair request, you provide information about your device and the issue you want addressed. This information, along with any photos you upload, will be shared with Repair Providers on the platform so they can evaluate your request and submit quotes. Submitting a request is free and does not obligate you to accept any quote.
Quotes provided by Repair Providers are offers made by those Repair Providers, not by Send-In Repair. When you accept a quote and ship your device to a Repair Provider, you are entering into a direct agreement with that Repair Provider. Send-In Repair is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for the Repair Provider's performance.
You are responsible for properly packaging and shipping your device to the Repair Provider. Send-In Repair is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of your device during transit. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method. You are also responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed directly with the Repair Provider.
You may cancel an open repair request at any time before accepting a quote by following the cancellation instructions provided in your confirmation email. Once you have accepted a quote and shipped your device, cancellation terms are governed by your agreement with the Repair Provider.
Repair Providers are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Send-In Repair. Send-In Repair does not endorse, certify, or guarantee any Repair Provider or the quality of their work. We do not screen, verify, or background-check Repair Providers except as expressly stated.
Send-In Repair reserves the right to remove any Repair Provider from the platform at any time for any reason, including reports of poor service, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

By submitting repair descriptions, photos, or other content ("User Content") through the Services, you grant Send-In Repair a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and share that content as necessary to operate the Services, including sharing it with Repair Providers. You represent that you own or have the right to submit all User Content you provide, and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
Submitting a repair request on Send-In Repair is free. Send-In Repair may charge fees to Repair Providers for use of the platform. Any fees charged directly to Customers will be clearly disclosed before you incur them. Repair costs are set by the Repair Provider and are your responsibility to agree upon before shipping your device.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SEND-IN REPAIR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
SEND-IN REPAIR MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR OUTCOME OF ANY REPAIR PERFORMED BY A REPAIR PROVIDER. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES AND ANY REPAIR PROVIDER YOU ENGAGE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SEND-IN REPAIR AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, DEVICES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY REPAIR PERFORMED BY A REPAIR PROVIDER, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL SEND-IN REPAIR'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SEND-IN REPAIR IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Send-In Repair and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
Disputes regarding the quality, outcome, or cost of a repair are between you and the Repair Provider. Send-In Repair may, at its discretion, attempt to facilitate communication between the parties but is not obligated to mediate, arbitrate, or resolve such disputes. We are not responsible for the outcome of any such dispute.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Send-In Repair or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases. Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, 13, and 17 of these Terms shall survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Send-In Repair regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
